Marketing Executive

This is a full-time role located in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. Marketing Executive develops and implements marketing strategies to promote a company’s products and services. This involves conducting market research, planning and coordinating all types of campaigns (digital and traditional), creating marketing materials, analyzing campaign performance adjusting accordingly to meet the marketing goals and revenue targets. They also manage budgets, collaborate with other teams, and build relationships with external partners like media outlets.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Strategy Development: Creating and executing marketing strategies aligned with company goals and revenue targets.
  • Campaign Management: Planning, executing, and managing marketing campaigns across various channels. Hight proficiency in Google Ads management is essential.
  • Branding: Deep understanding of branding guidelines and ensuring strict adherence to them.
  • Content Creation: Writing marketing copy, developing content for the company website and social media accounts (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, X) and creating promotional materials.
  • Market Research: Conducting research to understand customer needs and market trends.
  • Performance Analysis: Tracking and analyzing campaign performance to identify areas for improvement.
  • Budget Management: Overseeing and managing marketing budgets.
  • Collaboration: Working with Sales and other teams as required to ensure marketing efforts are integrated.
  • Relationship Management: Building and maintaining relationships with media outlets and other external partners.
  • Event Management: Organizing and coordinating promotional events and activities.
  • Social Media Management: Managing social media accounts and campaigns.
  • Reporting: Providing regular reports on campaign performance and key metrics.

Skills

  • Previous Experience: Minimum 1 years of experience on the same role is mandatory.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential for creating marketing materials and presenting strategies. 
  • Analytical Skills: The ability to gather and to analyze data identifying trends is crucial for campaign optimization. 
  • Organizational and Time Management Skills: Managing multiple projects and deadlines. 
  • Creativity: Developing innovative marketing campaigns and unique content. 
  • Technical Skills: Familiarity with traditional marketing tools, website design and SEO, social media platforms. 
  • Strategic Thinking: Developing and implementing effective marketing strategies.
