Proactive Sales Executive

This is a full-time role located in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. Proactive Sales Executive is responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and meeting or exceeding sales targets. In essence, a proactive sales executive is not just reactive to customer inquiries but actively seeks out and cultivates new business opportunities while maintaining strong client relationships. This role involves active lead generation, strategic planning, and a results-oriented approach to sales. The person will be responsible for market research identifying new customers, building the customer database and engaging with them, understanding their needs, and providing personalized recommendations for window treatments and interior solutions.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Proactive Lead Generation: Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities through various channels, including cold calling, networking, and attending industry events. 
  • Relationship Management: Building and maintaining strong relationships with both existing and potential clients.
  • Sales Planning: Developing and executing strategic sales plans to achieve or exceed sales targets and objectives.
  • Product Knowledge: Developing a deep understanding of the company’s products or services to effectively communicate their value to clients.
  • Sales Presentations: Preparing and delivering compelling sales presentations and proposals.
  • Negotiation and Closing: Negotiating contracts and agreements with clients to close sales.
  • Performance Monitoring: Tracking sales performance, analyzing data, and making adjustments to strategies as needed.
  • Collaboration: Collaborating with other departments, such as marketing and operations, to ensure a seamless client experience.

Skills

  • Sales Acumen: Strong understanding of sales principles, techniques, and strategies. Preferably, with the certificated education in Sales.
  • Previous experience in the same field in UAE is mandatory.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively communicate with clients and colleagues in English. 
  • Negotiation Skills: Ability to negotiate contracts and agreements effectively. 
  • Relationship Building: Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients. 
  • Results-Oriented: A strong drive to achieve and exceed sales targets. 
  • Problem-Solving: Ability to identify ahead and solve problems that may arise during the sales process. 
  • Time Management: Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively. 
  • Industry Knowledge: A good understanding of the relevant industry and market trends.
